The firm was established in 1980 and has offices at Hamilton, Maitland, and Belmont.
The position available is at our Hamilton office.
The Position You will be working in a fast-paced law practice, being responsible for all aspects of reception, including:
Answering all incoming phone calls and transferring where appropriateEnsuring a smooth running of the front deskMeeting and greeting visitorsMailing of documents and mail collectionScanning and filingData entryMonitoring and maintaining staff amenities (kitchen, break rooms, etc.
)General administration supportThis is a responsible and demanding position and will require a person with initiative.
Skills & Experience To be considered, the applicant will have:
A friendly and approachable demeanourProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookTechnical proficiency and comfort with new technologyExceptional communication skills both written and verbalThe ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentWhat we offer The successful applicant will receive training to progress to the role of law clerk.
