Excavator Operator

Job description About the business Fetch are currently hiring experienced Excavator Operators for long term, ongoing Civil Construction work in multiple areas of Metropolitan & Regional Adelaide.
Due to our clients winning several new stages of projects, there is an immediate need for people to start ASAP.
Projects range from new Subdivision development to road construction, pipelines, quarries, landscaping & more.
About the role Bulk earthworks, rock breaking and loading trucks Trenching for drainage, pipelaying and backfilling Boxing out roads, building batters Detailed excavations / Final trim Pay and benefits $40 – 45 p/h – rate will depend on experience $21.94 p/d travel allowance $18.51 p/d meal allowance **applicable after 9.5 hours worked Penalty rates for all overtime worked – UP TO 20 HOURS A WEEK ON OFFER!!
FREE PPE – Premium gear including Boots & Jacket Long term, consistent work with same employer on the same job site Temp to perm opportunity – reviewed at 3 and 6 months   Skills and experience Strong background in operating excavators Australian Driver's license and own transport White Card & relevant plant ticket Experience on subdivision and road projects GPS experience (Topcon/Trimble/UT/Leica) – desirable OHS focussed Due to the duration of the project and the pipeline of work, our client is looking to put people on full time once the candidates have completed their probation period.
Salary will be negotiable based on performance.
