Duties And Responsibilities Arranging and situating machinery for smooth executionChoosing, attaching, and detaching implements such as digging tools, mechanical hoists, scooping devices, blade edges, and demolition equipmentUtilizing machinery controls to dig, crush, bore, flatten, press, carve, relocate, transport, and scatter debris, earth, and substratesObserving machinery performance, modifying settings to control speed, pressure, operational rate, and maintaining colleague safetyControlling elevation, descent, and alteration of equipment using both manual levers and hydraulic systemsFollowing visual guides, drawings, and spoken directivesConducting maintenance tasks including lubrication, cleaning, refueling, and performing minor tweaks and fixes on equipmentThe right candidate will have at least 1 year of experience, commitment to safe work practices, a good attitude, and will be confident in problem solving.

Position: Full Time (at least 38 hours per week)
Salary: $70,000 – 90,000 per year
