E.O.I - Skilled 14-Ton Rubber Duck Operator - Bowen  Achieve Group are seeking a skilled 14-ton rubber duck operator to join our clients civil construction team based in Bowen.  The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment in construction settings, with a focus on precision and safety. As a rubber duck operator, you will be responsible for maneuvering the equipment to perform various tasks such as excavation, trenching, and material handling. Responsibilities: Safely operate a 14-ton rubber duck and other heavy equipment according to project requirements. Perform tasks such as excavation, trenching, backfilling, and material handling with precision and efficiency. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate work activities and ensure project timelines are met. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment. Requirements: Proven experience operating a 14-ton rubber duck or similar heavy equipment in civil construction projects. Valid operator's license and certification for heavy equipment operation. Strong understanding of construction site safety practices and procedures. Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
