About the Role: As an Excavator, Grader, or Multi-Skilled Operator at Newlands Group, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy machinery across our civil construction projects.
Whether you're operating an excavator for trenching, a grader for earthworks, or multiple types of equipment, your focus will be on delivering high-quality results while adhering to safety regulations and project specifications.
You will play a key role in ensuring our civil projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently operate plant and equipment, reporting directly to the Site Supervisor.Conduct daily prestart inspections on all equipment and vehicles before use.Work from drawings and specifications under the direction of the Site Supervisor.About You: To be successful, you will have:
