Rewarding and highly negotiable salary + super + car + phone Training provided Small waterfront suburb near Sydney Our client, a leading provider of access equipment rental services, nestled in a beautiful waterfront suburb near Sydney, is seeking an experienced and reliable (EWP) Mechanic to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis. As a valued member of the organisation, you'll enjoy a consistent workload with varied tasks, including on-site visits as required. Key Responsibilities: Perform maintenance, repairs, and servicing on a range of access equipment, specialising in Elevated Work Platforms (EWPs). Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions to ensure equipment functionality and safety. Conduct routine inspections and adhere to maintenance schedules to uphold operational standards. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving technical concerns promptly and professionally. Ideal Candidate Profile: Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent qualification. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a mechanic role, preferably with exposure to EWPs (TRAINING PROVIDED).  Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules. Active commitment to work safety.  Computer skills.  Good hydraulic, diesel and electrical knowledge.  NSW drivers lisense.  Australian working rights.  Working Hours and Conditions: Monday to Friday, permanent, full-time position.  Access to a company car and mobile phone for work-related duties. Small team environment fostering camaraderie and professional growth. Exposure to leading brands and machinery, including Genie, JLG, Snorkel, LGMG, Sinoboom, Skyjack, and JBL.
