Provide exceptional project orchestration and administrative support to Gallup associates and clients.As a project coordinator at Gallup, you will help organise in-person courses, support Gallup project managers, and fulfill administrative and office management needs with precision and enthusiasm.In this role, you will be responsible for:Coordinating Gallup courses: To ensure courses run smoothly, you will create and manage timelines, coordinate course materials, support course facilitators, organise catering logistics and technology needs, help set up and tear down event rooms, be a welcoming host, and offer a helping hand to provide the world-class experience that our clients expect and deserve.Administrative support: Your support will be integral to the operations team, including filing and maintaining records and billings of accounts; scheduling meetings; and managing correspondence, such as scheduling calls with Gallup course participants and coaches via email and phone.
