Procare's Investigation Division presents a unique opportunity for a senior role in our expanding Desktop & Intelligence Division! We are seeking a Senior Intelligence Analyst to join our Desktop Investigations division, based at our Head Office in Alexandria! The role requires you to lead a team of Desktop & Intelligence Analysts, supporting the advancement of their professional development & training and maintaining overall responsibility for the Desktop & Intelligence Portfolio.

This position is based full time from our Head Office in Alexandria. About You: Experience with open-source intelligence databases & OSINT searching techniques (mandatory ); Demonstrated team management experience is preferable; Experience in the insurance industry - Workers Compensation, Cyber, Fraud or General Insurance would be preferable; Strong customer service ethic is a must , through managing internal and external stakeholders; A drive for divisional growth , including an ability to prepare internal management reports and external reports in line with our SLAs and client requirements; Experience supporting & assisting staff in their roles; Excellent organisational skills, ability to work with others effectively to obtain desired outcomes.
