The Client is seeking a dynamic and polished full time, Team Assistant/Administrator to join their CBD office, and support a multifaceted team.
THE ASSIGNMENT Overall, this position will see you:
Be the welcoming face at the office reception, ensuring all guests and stakeholders feel valued. Manage vendor relationships, invoices, and purchase orders for seamless operations. Organise team events, coordinate catering, and assist in planning key meetings and presentations. Provide essential administrative support to senior executives and the broader team. Maintain efficient office processes, from expense claims to IT coordination for staff. Contribute to marketing, leasing, and stakeholder engagement activities. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Prior experience in a corporate office setting is a plus! A polished candidate with immaculate presentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in tools like PowerPoint and Excel. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
