Job DescriptionShift is seeking an experienced Events & Sponsorship Manager to join the Marketing Team as part of the brand function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an elevated events experience for both external and internal events. This includes events for Shift's partner-led channels (brokers, merchants and other industry partners), Shift's internal channels (Strategy Week, shareholder briefings and offsites) and coordinating sponsorship activities with key industry bodies. With a strong focus on increasing brand awareness, engagement, and acquisition.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not essential)5+ years relevant experience in events, marketing and brandAdditional InformationBrand: Work with the Senior Brand Manager to provide guidance and support to all stakeholders to ensure events and sponsorships are executed in line with brand strategy and guidelines.Develop a streamlined process to highlight customer stories at events while working with key stakeholders including brand, creative and data to create strong customer stories in line with channel and brand strategiesDevelop brand and events operating rhythm including weekly meetings, events and sponsorships calendar, reporting and communications to keep all stakeholders engaged and informed.Events & Sponsorships: End to end management of external and internal events including briefing, venue bookings, catering, transportation, stakeholder management and engagement, brand and marketing messaging, post event reporting and communications.Manage merchandise for external and internal events, working closely with key stakeholders across each state and various business units to ensure required stock is available and in line with brand strategy.Work with stakeholders including partner marketing managers and executive team to develop event concepts and marketing materials where relevant including messaging, presentations, videos, signage, communications and more.Work with partner channel stakeholders and the creative team to develop processes to capture, distribute and nurture leads from events to drive acquisition.Manage event attendee communications including invitations, reminders and follow up surveys.Brief and project manage external agencies and suppliers.Evaluate the success of overall events and programs to present actionable insights and inform future events and brand strategy, operations, and tactics. #J-18808-Ljbffr
