TAFE NSW Manufacturing Centres of Excellence To tackle skill shortages in priority areas, TAFE NSW is launching the TAFE NSW Manufacturing Centres of Excellence (CoE), which is a joint initiative between the Australian Government and NSW Government under the National Skills Agreement. The TAFE NSW Manufacturing CoE is an agile approach to skills acquisition, connecting industry and education partners to foster innovative training pathways and enhance core manufacturing skills.
About the role We are seeking a dynamic Event Specialist to provide the Centre of Excellence with comprehensive event management planning for all major events and to facilitate lead generation across multiple market segments. You will collaborate closely with TAFE NSW Events and Market teams, as well as the Governance, Legal and Risk, and Finance departments.
The successful candidate must be willing to travel as required to other TAFE NSW Campus locations at Western Sydney, Hunter and Illawarra Regions.
About You The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience. Ability to address and meet the focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description. Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively lead and support teams for successful outcomes. Experience engaging with partners to deliver outcomes in an operations or services environment. Ability to develop project documentation and resources.
