We have an exciting new opportunity for an Events Coordinator to join our AEM Marketing team. Based in Sydney this role will report to the Senior Manager, Events & Sponsorships Lead, AEM and will focus on delivering physical and virtual customer events designed to generate leads and strengthen relationships with existing customers. You will ensure TR events are professionally executed on time, meet budget and are best in class. Events will take place in Australia, and you may occasionally be required to coordinate details for events and/or travel to New Zealand, Asia or the Middle East. About the Role In this opportunity as Events Coordinator, you will: Work with the Events and Sponsorships Lead to roll out a program of best-in-class events and sponsorship activations across the Asia & Emerging Markets region. Source venues and liaise with all event vendors to finalize event details. Manage invitation and RSVP lists using software, including Eloqua and Salesforce. Contract and maximize opportunities across various sponsorship events. Manage budgets and process payments for events. Manage events on the day (some travel may be required). Post-event evaluation and reporting. Support any required ad hoc event-related tasks. About You You're a fit for the role of Events Coordinator if your background includes: 3+ years of events experience in a corporate marketing environment. Experience in Salesforce and Eloqua or equivalent CRM and marketing automation system preferred, not mandatory. The ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and complete tasks under time pressure with excellent attention to detail. Learning and mastering any software platforms for event planning and marketing of events. Experience working with internal and external stakeholders. What's in it For You?
