Your ability to think outside the box and envision unique event concepts will be key to crafting memorable experiences for our clients. Whether it's a brunch gathering or an extravagant celebration, you'll use your creativity to ensure every detail aligns with the client's vision while reflecting The Pancake Parlour's fun, vibrant brand.
With exceptional communication skills, you'll bridge the gap between clients and our internal teams, acting as the main point of contact throughout the entire event process. You'll work closely with our chefs, restaurant management, service team, and marketing department to ensure everyone is on the same page and working towards a common goal: creating a seamless, unforgettable event.
Additionally, your proactive approach to post-event follow-up will ensure our clients leave with a smile. You'll gather valuable feedback, addressing any concerns and taking the opportunity to improve our services.
With a mix of networking, sales, and event planning, you'll have the chance to earn commission based on your sales performance, so your hard work will directly translate into rewards.
What You'll Be Doing: Sales Superhero: Put your sales skills to work by identifying new clients, building relationships, and exceeding targets.Event Planning Extraordinaire: Bring clients' visions to life by designing unique and memorable events.
