This is an exciting and diverse role for an Events professional who is passionate about events!
We are seeking an Events Officer to join our friendly and vibrant team.
Based at Sydney International Regatta Centre | NSW Government.
The role will be an 18 months temporary, full-time opportunity.
We offer a competitive salary to the right candidate ranging from $79,032 up to $86,539 per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
Working with us The Office of Sport is the lead NSW Government agency for sport and active recreation.

About the role The Events Officer is responsible for assisting with the planning, coordination, and operations of all events staged at the Olympic Sport Venue - Sydney International Regatta Centre, under the direction of the Events Coordinator.
About you Our ideal candidate will possess the following attributes: Strong organisational skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Demonstrated ability to successfully liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Well-developed understanding of planning and delivering events.
Proven track record of managing competing priorities and good attention to detail.

Essential Requirements Current Class C Drivers licence.
Working With Children Check clearance.
National Criminal Records Check.
Ability to work weekends and evenings as required.
