Events & Marketing Manager | O'Donoghues Hotel Redcape Hotel Group is seeking a passionate, committed hospitality professional to join the Leadership Team at O'Donoghues Hotel, Emu Plains.
Working as part of the Venue Leadership Team in a hands-on role to successfully run the hotel's events (entertainment & functions) & marketing activity.

Duties and Responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to build and execute the Venue's entertainment and functions program, boosting O'Donoghues' presence through effective marketing efforts.
The key responsibilities for this role will include: Ideate & drive the execution of the entertainment calendar at venue.
Plan & execute the venues marketing.
End to end leadership of the venue's functions program.
Collaborate with a variety of internal & external teams.
Required:

Possess flexible availability to fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including day & night shifts, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with needs of the role & the hotel's opening hours.
Required:

Experience or background in marketing, events, tourism & customer facing roles.
Required:

RSA certification.
