This exciting opportunity allows you to collaborate with multiple leaders in planning, organising, and executing events aimed at driving new customer acquisition and boosting engagement with existing customers.
You will manage both in-person and virtual events using the ON24 platform .
About the Role Event Strategy and Planning : Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute event strategies, ensuring seamless planning and implementation, including concept, format, theme, and goals.
Event Execution : Oversee all event logistics, from budgeting and vendor coordination (venues, catering, speakers) to on-site management, ensuring efficient cost management.
Stakeholder Relationships : Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers (accountants and bookkeepers), partners, vendors, and internal teams, aligning event goals with the overall marketing strategy.
Event Evaluation : Measure event ROI by tracking key metrics such as attendance, lead generation, and customer feedback to continuously improve future events.
Industry Best Practices : Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance event strategies and execution.
Post-Event Communications : Manage post-event communications, including thank-you notes, surveys, and follow-up marketing campaigns, to nurture leads generated during events.
This role offers more than just managing events.
You'll lead the entire event cycle, from strategy to execution, while closely collaborating with Marketing Managers to advance your career.
You'll engage with cross-functional teams, applying your creative, logistical, and strategic skills, and balancing multiple responsibilities.
Requirements 3+ years of experience in Event Marketing Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Experience using event marketing platforms (ON24 experience is a plus) B2B experience, ideally within a relevant field or industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and manage stakeholder relationships What's in It for You?
