Shelter Brewing Co. is looking for an Events Manager to take ownership and grow with our team.
Driven by proud locals and a passion for great beer, Shelter Brewery aims to provide an escape all year round from the noise of today.
We need a passionate, creative, authentic professional who loves hosting all events, from small get-togethers launching our latest limited release beer to unearthing the next wave of music talent playing on the main stage.
While ensuring customers always feel at home in the venue, you will report directly to the Hospitality Operations Manager.
Here's a bit about the role:
Be the go-to person for organising all the details of events from enquiry to completion.Actively drive new business and event opportunities.Help develop internal processes.Quickly build rapport with vendors and customers and develop long-lasting relationships with the community.A few things you'll need to have:
Excellent organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.A genuine passion for customer service.Ability to be agile and think quickly to provide solutions.Events management experience.In return, we can offer you:
