As our Events Executive, reporting to the Events Manager, you will complete the operation requirements of both internal and external business along with private event functions and gaming tournaments, ensuring compliance with organisational objectives. You will process all event bookings from handover (from internal clients) to end, consulting with the client throughout the process and promoting positive customer relations through the provision of excellent service, a courteous attitude and work efficiency.

A few of your responsibilities Manage and lead all corporate events from start to finish.Proactively seek opportunities to bring new clients and promote our brand offerings.Responsibility for all event needs, collaborating closely with relevant internal departments and suppliers to deliver a legendary guest experience.Maintain a guest focus on all services, ensuring that the delivery is timely, effective, and efficient.Improve guest service through the effective management of costs and service execution of each event.What we are looking for Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are desirable.Delphi experience is essential.CAD & Opera experience is beneficial.Demonstrated ability in Event Management, ideally within a reputable hospitality industry.Previous Food & Beverage experience in a Hotel, Convention Centre, Banquet Venue or Stadium preferred.Valid RSA and understanding of the NSW Liquor Licensing laws and regulations, is essential.Managing events that range in size from 12 pax to over 3000 pax.Applicant must have availability to work a rotating roster, including weekend and evening hours where required. About You You are a professional with a polished presentation who exudes passion and motivation in creating and hosting events. You will have the ability to leverage your exceptional organisational skills in a multi-purpose venue suitable for a wide variety of events and known to host events such as the LOGIES, ARIAS, AACTA, NRL, various award gala dinners, conferences, concerts and more!
Your exceptional communication skills are instrumental in your ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
