Duties Responsible for preparing all event documentation and coordinates with Sales, other departments and the customer to ensure consistent, high level service throughout pre-event, event and post-event phases of events.Ensures events have a seamless turnover from sales to service back to sales.Knowledge of food and beverage programs; ability to tailor them to fit client's needs.Maintain high standards of service and deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the guests and employees.Skills & Experience Responsible Service of Alcohol from Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA)I'm Alert Food Safety Certification (from City of Perth)Experience working in events role required.Unrestricted working rights for AustraliaOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted to go through our selection process.
