About the roleThe primary purpose of the role includes: The role of Events & Engagement Specialist is to be responsible for organising and executing key events for Netball Victoria and Melbourne Vixens, including fan days, awards, and match day engagements.
You'll develop and deliver activations, manage player appearances, and support partner and sponsor events.
Collaboration with the Marketing & Events Manager is essential to ensuring successful event delivery.

About YouYou will demonstrate relevant Bachelor's qualification and ideally have worked in a similar role for at least three years.
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and are able to think strategically and manage your time effectively.
You have worked independently and collaboratively within a team, and have the ability to think outside the box.
An understanding of not for profit sporting culture and grass roots sporting organisations is ideal.
