Event Force are seeking customer service event staff interested in working casually in Brisbane.
About the Role: Event Force (owned by ACESGroup) are seeking motivated casual customer service staff (event staff) to work at events in Brisbane.
The first available shifts will be during the week starting 11th November near the CBD area.
Consistent shifts will be available for successful applicants throughout the summer.
We are looking for fun, outgoing, professional team members who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service to fans at live events.
You will work closely with your team members to usher guests, scan tickets, manage queues, serve drinks, provide directions, assist customers, and provide a general high level of customer service.
You will be: Ushering Scanning tickets Managing queues Providing directions Monitoring RSA What you need: Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail Exceptional personal presentation The ability to follow procedures Great service with a smile Appropriate work rights in Australia Responsible Service of Alcohol (desirable) Why work with Event Force?
