Restaurant Associates are a team of world class hospitality and fine-cuisine professionals, delivering contemporary food solutions and service across leading corporations and iconic venues all across Australia.
THE ROLE:
Deliver top-tier service by following local and global standards, overseeing event execution, food safety, hygiene, and ensuring flawless setups.
Serve as the main contact for event logistics, coordinating with clients, and ensuring all events run smoothly from planning to execution.
Assist with strategic resource allocation, scheduling staff based on business needs, and managing contingency teams to optimise productivity and budget.
Engage with clients, customise service packages, handle inquiries, promote offerings, and ensure seamless participant registration and coordination.
Step up as Dining Manager when needed, manage procurement for dining, and support compliance with health and safety standards.
THE PERSON:
Hospitality degree preferred, demonstrable experience in Catering, event execution in a food & beverage environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability and drive to interact with clients and senior executives
Proficiency in using, MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook 365
Excellent communication skills; Strong communication skills both oral and written
Demonstrates personal integrity, manages time well, and is highly visible in areas of responsibility
