About The Role
As the Events and Experience Coordinator, you will manage state-based events from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders, manage vendors, and handle budgetary responsibilities. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a culture of collaboration and engagement.
DUTIES
Plan and execute state-based eventsManage facilities and guest servicesEngage with internal teams and stakeholdersCoordinate with vendors for event servicesHandle budget management and financial documentsAnalyse post-event feedback for improvementSupport broader event initiatives
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
At least 2 year's event planning and execution experience.Strong organisational skillsExcellent communication abilitiesBudget management skillsCreative problem-solving mindsetKnowledge of the mortgage brokerage industry (preferred)
