On behalf of our client, Woodside Energy - a Global Energy Company, Brunel is presently recruiting a Management Assistant to support the Vice President Investor Relations and the Team with a focus in coordinating the logistics for events, roadshows and conferences.
This will be a 6 month contract with a possible view to extend located at their 'state of the art' Perth CBD premises.
Global Calendar Planning the global calendar of Investor Relations events and meetings Arranging all logistics associated with roadshows and conferences Coordinating logistics for investor presentations and site visits Arranging investor meetings Liaising with security for events with C-suite Communicating with relevant EAs to set up internal and external meetings involving IR, ELT and/or Board members Logging Meeting minutes Responsible for preparing briefing notes ahead of Investor meetings Support to Vice President (VP) Investor Relations and the Team Support VP IR with meetings and travel arrangements Setup Team meetings Investment Relations (IR) contact channels Monitoring IR mailbox and answer investor queries Answering the IR phone line number and answer investor queries Requirements University qualification or equivalent will be well received, but is not essential Previous experience in coordinating events Experience in the Energy sector will be desirable Knowledge of Company business, systems and processes will be an advantage Ability to coordinate various stakeholders, workstreams and deliver through a hard timeline Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly diligent in processes with great attention to details Confident key stakeholder relationships skills with the ability to engage with and influence others Learning mindset - who looks for opportunities to continuously improve and optimise deliverables Brunel is a recruitment and flexible workforce solution provider which connects talented people with opportunities throughout Australasia and around the world.
