On behalf of our client, Woodside Energy - a Global Energy Company, Brunel is presently recruiting a Management Assistant to support the Vice President Investor Relations and the Team with a focus in coordinating the logistics for events, roadshows and conferences.
This will be a 6 month contract with a possible view to extend located at their 'state of the art' Perth CBD premises.
Global CalendarPlanning the global calendar of Investor Relations events and meetingsArranging all logistics associated with roadshows and conferencesCoordinating logistics for investor presentations and site visitsArranging investor meetingsLiaising with security for events with C-suiteCommunicating with relevant EAs to set up internal and external meetings involving IR, ELT and/or Board membersLogging Meeting minutesResponsible for preparing briefing notes ahead of Investor meetingsSupport to Vice President (VP) Investor Relations and the TeamSupport VP IR with meetings and travel arrangementsSetup Team meetingsInvestment Relations (IR) contact channelsMonitoring IR mailbox and answer investor queriesAnswering the IR phone line number and answer investor queriesRequirementsUniversity qualification or equivalent will be well received, but is not essentialPrevious experience in coordinating eventsExperience in the Energy sector will be desirableKnowledge of Company business, systems and processes will be an advantageAbility to coordinate various stakeholders, workstreams and deliver through a hard timelineStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly diligent in processes with great attention to detailsConfident key stakeholder relationships skills with the ability to engage with and influence othersLearning mindset - who looks for opportunities to continuously improve and optimise deliverablesBrunel is a recruitment and flexible workforce solution provider which connects talented people with opportunities throughout Australasia and around the world.
