Due to rapid growth and expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for an Events Assistant to join the White Fox family based at our stunning office in Rosebery.
Main Responsibilities Work with the Events Team on internal and external global events Assist the Events team with creative concepts Daily upkeep of Google sheets & documents used by the team Assist with events in the lead up and on the day of, including problem-solving, event set-up, communicating with staff, and organising vendors Research venues and vendors for future upcoming events Liaise with Marketing, PR, and Creative departments to organise key elements Qualifications A can-do and will-do-anything attitude to get the job done Extremely organised and able to work with deadlines Great attention to detail Ability to work under pressure Flexibility to work outside 'standard' hours Domestic and overseas travel outside business hours may be required Benefits Generous monthly clothing allowance + ongoing discounts Stunning office based in Rosebery Onsite gym + regular onsite yoga Fun and collaborative culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
