Events Assistant

White Fox is a globally recognised fashion brand loved by babes and celebs worldwide. Established in 2013 and based in Sydney, Australia, White Fox has quickly become the go-to online fashion destination and is continuing to take over wardrobes everywhere. Due to rapid growth and expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for an Events Assistant to join the White Fox family based at our stunning office in Rosebery. Main Responsibilities Work with the Events Team on internal and external global events. Assist the Events team with creative concepts. Daily upkeep of Google sheets & documents used by the team. Assist with events in the lead-up and on the day of, including problem-solving, event set-up, communicating with staff, and organising vendors. Research venues and vendors for future upcoming events. Liaise with Marketing, PR, and Creative departments to organise key elements.

Minimum Requirements A can-do and will-do-anything-to-get-the-job-done attitude. Extremely organised and able to work with deadlines. Great attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure. Flexibility to work outside 'standard' hours. Domestic and overseas travel outside business hours may be required.
