We are seeking an experienced Events Administrator to join a rapidly growing company in the Caravan industry.
Our client supports its members by providing beneficial programs and services such as trade shows, workshops, and networking events to enhance their business operations.
Founded by a collective of caravan manufacturers and hirers in 1952 who are passionate about the lifestyle caravanning has to offer!
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
$60,000 + super Full-Time Permanent role with an ASAP Start 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday Overtime for working events on weekdays & time in lieu for weekends West Melbourne office with free parking available on site Join a supportive and collaborative team!
ABOUT THE ROLE: Assist with event planning, including the development of project plans, run sheets, and coordination of event features.
Coordinate all exhibitor documentation necessary for participation.
Undertake general clerical tasks including ordering stationery, supplies, and uniforms for events.
Take incoming calls and inquiries related to events and distribute them to appropriate staff.
Research venues, entertainment options, and quotes for contractors to support event planning.
ABOUT YOU: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in event administration or coordination, preferably within a similar industry.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently under pressure.
