About your new Role:
This is a key role within our marketing team where you will be enhancing the Trilogy Funds brand through events and sponsorship management.
Support the Marketing Manager to better leverage existing sponsorships including Hawthorn Football Club (AFL) and Sydney University Football Club. Ensure sponsored events and initiatives are effectively promoted internally and externally. Plan, coordinate, and execute Trilogy run events both face-to-face and online. Help develop effective branded material and collateral for events. Develop effective pre and post-event communications. Undertake reviews of events including post-event evaluations, gathering feedback from stakeholders and providing reports on event outcomes and areas for improvement. Management of Trilogy merchandise; item selection, stock management and distribution About You:
You are an expert who plans, organises, and executes events, ensuring every detail is seamlessly handled.You will have had 3+ years of experience:
Co-ordinating and running in-house and sponsored events. Leveraging corporate sponsorships. Working proactively and problem-solving. Using platforms such as Customer Insights/or CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics. Hands-on experience with desktop publishing using the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop. Degree in Marketing, Event Management or related field. Why choose us?
