About your new job
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Events and Member Services Coordinator to join our team on a 14-month contract, working 4 days per week.
Your role will include but not be limited to –

Coordinate various conferences, seminars, and events, including AGMs, Regional Seminars, Member Conferences, Associate Members Seminars, and ExposTake a leading role in the timely coordination and administration of event-related tasks, including venue bookings, drafting conference programs, engaging speakers, coordinating event registration, preparing conference materials, arranging catering, and more.Assist with the management and administration of Partners and membersManage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including maintaining accurate membership records, managing annual subscription notices, and processing new member applications.Create and maintain event information on the companies website via WordPress, ensuring easy navigation, quality content, and efficient links.Manage social media accounts (Facebook and Twitter), coordinating regular and special social media posts, and preparing monthly reports on social media data.Assist with the production of the monthly Bulletin magazine, including proofing.About you
You have experience in administrative and event management roles within a team environment.Your organisational and planning skills are exceptional, and you communicate effectively both orally and in writing.You are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams, and you have the capacity to learn and operate IT systems.You are committed to confidentiality and respect for staff matters.What's in it for you?
