The role The Events and Conference team offers an exciting mix of operational and strategic opportunities that work to ensure Crown remains the ultimate destination for joyful experiences.
In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests.
As well as: Organise and manage a variety of internal events and short lead bookings of up to 200 guests - including client communications, proposals & contracting, preparing events orders and facilitating handovers to the operations teams.
Collaborate with Senior Event Managers to maintain financial accountability (billings and accounts) and provide overall administrative support to the Events team.
Establish strong rapport and maintain relationships with clients as well as internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
About you You'll bring the following: Previous experience in a customer service role in a similar environment (Events, Hotels) would be highly advantageous.
Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with guests and stakeholders at all levels.
Strong computer literacy skills including strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of other Event systems is desirable.
