Events Manager and the Media and Communications Manager , the Events and Communications Coordinator will have responsibility for the administration and coordination of a range of events and communications activities for ACCI.Key ResponsibilitiesEventsCoordination and administration of ACCI events, e.g. liaising with venues and suppliers, managing event logistics and working with service providers.End-to-end event coordination and event attendee administration, e.g. maintain and update guest lists, send invitations, manage rsvps, print name badges.Provide high-quality customer service to members and colleagues before and during events,Assist in maintain accurate records of event and communications activities including participation lists, budgets and feedbackAssist the policy team with events and campaign activities.Other tasks as directed by the Events Manager and the Media and Communications Manager.Other general administrative tasks as directed by the Director, Strategic Membership and Engagement.CommunicationsAssist in the coordination of ACCI's internal and external communications, including website, social media, EDMs and printed publications.Maintenance of the ACCI website and content in line with ACCI branding guidelines.Coordinate content for and design the weekly member EDMs.Assist with the production of ACCI printed publications and marketing collateral.Some design work for social media tiles and event marketing collateral.Key RequirementsEducation:

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in event coordination or communications. Experience in a membership-based organization is a plus.Skills:Strong organizational and project management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.Personal AttributesDetail-Oriented:
