About the Role Assisting with the coordination and implementation of education activities and events including seminars, workshops, conferences, panel discussions and networking activities.
Liaising with key stakeholders including exam partners, the courts, volunteers and external AV suppliers to ensure the requirements specific to each assessment are met to enable the smooth delivery of assessments.
Key responsibilities include: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders with respect to activity requirements including external venues, speakers, suppliers, sub-contractors, LIV members, and LIV staff. Prepare and track multiple income & expenses reports. Prepare and coordinate activity running sheets, speaker presentations, equipment, activity materials, gifts, name tags and guest lists as required. Manage onsite coordination and support of activities. Develop and maintain registration websites using online event management software.Maintain accurate and up to date member data and registrations so that departments can review and generate reports. Assisting and responding to member inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner.Identify, anticipate, and prepare information requirements for meetings, appointments, presentations etc. and follow up requests for information, outstanding reports, and correspondence.Prepare and format documentation. Utilise (this includes set-up and/or willingness to learn how to) event tech platforms such as of Cvent, Slido, Zoom, as required, for the event design.Edit recordings of hybrid and remote events (basic editing like top and tail) as per LIV standards.Knowledge & Skills: 1 – 2 years' experience (highly desirable);Professional communication and presence when dealing with stakeholders such as judges and solicitorsStrong digital skills and knowledge across virtual event platforms eg.
