You will be part of a team that is responsible for providing project support across trade, international education and investment.As an events adviser, you should be well-organised with excellent attention to detail as our success depends on meeting our client's needs.
Ideally, you are tech-savvy, energetic and reliable with skills in marketing communications, including content creation, PowerPoint design, and design in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
You will be experienced in the use of event technology applications such as EventsAIR or similar.DUTIES INCLUDE:Provide end to end project management support for virtual, physical and hybrid events.Provide system expertise, demonstrating lateral thinking and a solutions-driven approach.Ensure the timely execution of all event critical path tasks from scheduling to execution for live, virtual and hybrid events.Handle technical support and backend setup of events on digital platforms (WebEx and EventsAIR) including managing recordings of all virtual sessions.Track attendance and manage correspondence with panellists and participants.Run post-event reports for internal/external stakeholders including managing dashboards and distilling statistical information.Work with relevant teams to ensure all communications (digital marketing materials, social media posts etc.)
