This role will involve a combination of administrative and clerical responsibilities, with the candidate overseeing a variety of tasks throughout the event planning and delivery process, including but not limited to:
Arranging conference calls and meetingsReviewing memos and reportsGeneral office duties, such as organizing and maintaining filesAnswering phones and booking in meetingsPurchasing supplies and operating office equipmentPacking and organizing Events Logistics (Pre and Post Event)Recruitment including conducting interviews and hiring security staffRostering staff according to events and their availabilityBuilding rosters and working within budgets to meet clients' needsAvailability to work after-hours and weekends depending on our events calendarWorking at Events across Victoria, comfortable working within Events Operation Centre/Using Radios (Training Provided)Requirements You must have great communication and customer service skills.
You should also be able to work independently, exercise good judgment, be proactive and take initiative.
Must have a Valid Drivers Licence.
