Events Administration Assistant

About The Role Australian Green Clean has had an exciting opportunity for an Events Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis, based at our head office in Hindmarsh.
The successful candidate will work closely to support the Events Team to deliver cleaning & waste management services at major events & festivals.
Key Duties & Responsibilities Closely support the Events Coordinator with various tasks to deliver services to major Events & Festivals.Assist in preparing & updating Project Plans and Implementation Schedules.Assist with large recruitment drives for cleaning staff.Onboard newly recruited employees via Rapid Global and ensure they are compliant prior to commencing work.Assist in coordinating pre-event administrative functions, particularly around staffing requirements (scheduling upwards of 150). #J-18808-Ljbffr
