Woodcutters Restaurant is a new dining destination at Nikola Estate, one of WA's oldest and most picturesque wineries. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the team!
We are currently looking for a talented and passionate Event Supervisor on a Full-Time basis. If you have a love for functions and hospitality, we want to hear from you!
A day in the life: This role is responsible for overseeing and executing function-related activities at both Nikola Estate and Oakover Grounds. You'll be leading a team, coordinating tasks, ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients, and assisting the restaurant manager when required.
This role requires a mix of organizational skills, strong communication, and a keen eye for detail to guarantee the success of every event.
We're looking for someone who is adaptable and has a 'can-do' attitude. As a leader, you'll help to set the standards by displaying a passion for hospitality and the motivation to deliver exceptional functions and events.
Requirements: Previous experience in a similar functions roleDemonstrated experience in leading and managing a teamAbility to multitask, prioritize, and execute responsibilities efficientlyA hands-on approach to ensure smooth daily operationsExceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsCompetency in relevant software for data entry and administrative tasksMust be able to work weekends and nightsIf you are a team player with a passion for hospitality, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
