Director of Event Technology/Event Staging Manager Microhire offers a diverse range of audio visual and digital technology services to our corporate clients. From provision of technical and creative design, product management and delivery of technical services, we ensure our clients and their audience impressed with their event.
Act as the main point of contact for your clients Provide a high level of customer service experience Provide accurate technical specs and proposals to client Comply with internal sales processes Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the audiovisual department activities Solid financial acumen Co-ordinate Technical resources when arriving on site to and adhere to site Work Health Safety procedures. We are seeking an Event Staging Manager to join our team based in a 5 star venue in Port Douglas, Queensland.

Proven experience as an Event Staging Manager, min 2 years experience Previous experience in meetings and events is essential. Proven track record of a successful event management career. Excellent planning, organisational, time management & account management skills. Strong leadership experience. Customer-centric and ability to build strong and long-lasting customer relationships. Previous experience in serving high-end clients is highly regarded. Understand and have knowledge of audio, visual and sound alternatively seek support from peers and management as required. Strong rostering and cost management experience. Working rights in the country where the role is based.
