The Role: Our company is growing and we are looking for our next Event Sales Manager Corporate to join our talented team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional organisational skills, and have a keen eye for detail, we invite you to apply for our specialised role today.
Your responsibilities: Developing strong relationships with new and existing clients to help them in their venue and catering journey.Acquiring new business along with maintaining and growing a portfolio of existing clients for in-house events.Completing sales appointments, proposals, meet and greets, and follow-up of all client interactions to ensure client satisfaction.Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and relationship building.Meeting and entertaining clients at their premises or our locations, and attending network events and annual showcase events.Creating customised proposals and packages, negotiating terms and finalising sales.Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire sales process.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Relentless pursuit of quality outcomes that exceed expectations.Ability to collaborate and cultivate productive relationships.Ability to communicate with influence, impact and confidence.Passion for customer-centricity.Your experience: Minimum 2 years' industry experience with a real passion for corporate events.Experience within the hospitality/hotel/events or catering industry is essential, and experience in corporate or large-scale event sales in a client-facing role would be highly regarded.Knowledge of the social market and trends within Australia.You will be able to demonstrate solid sales experience with a record of achieving targets.Diversity is not only celebrated but championed here at Doltone House.
