That's The JW Treatment.About the roleResponsible for providing administrative assistance and support to the Sales & Events team ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner and in keeping with Marriott brand standards.Critical responsibilities:Perform general office duties to support Sales & Events (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, copying).Prepare sales and events related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders).Overall office duties including communication, printing, scanning and liaison with Sales, Marketing and Events Dept.Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.Gather materials and assemble information packages (e.g., brochures, promotional materials).
