EVENT ROOM SETS SUPERVISOR Full Time ABOUT THE ROLE: This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Events Team. You will be responsible for coordinating the set-up of rooms as per our clients' requests. You will work across a variety of events including exhibitions, large corporate conferences, and live events.
Ensure that all room set-ups for all events are delivered in accordance with client requirements.
Supervise team members to ensure schedules are maintained, and teams work effectively and efficiently to achieve set goals.
Manage the care of sets equipment and resources to ensure they are working in order.
Coordinate and deliver the most up to date set-up, turn-around requirements based on event briefings.ABOUT YOU: Everyday our people are responsible for delivering extraordinary experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

You will hold a valid Forklift licence (or be willing and able to obtain a licence), and currently hold a valid a QLD driver's licence.
You will have a minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role within a hotel, conference facility or event management, or exhibition organization.You enjoy working as part of a team and contributing to team results.
You will be committed to living and working in Cairns.Safety will be extremely important to you.
