Duration: 1-2 Days (End of February 2025)
We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Planner to coordinate and manage a 1-2 day event designed for current clients and potential new attendees.
This event will feature engaging workshops, fun activities, and serve as a platform to promote The Social Blueprint (business to help elevate online fitness coaches).
Key Responsibilities

Event Planning:

Develop and manage the event schedule, including workshops and activities.
Coordinate venue selection, catering, and equipment needs.
Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and sponsors to ensure all aspects are aligned.
Event Promotion:

Collaborate on marketing strategies to attract new attendees.
Assist in creating promotional materials and managing RSVPs.
Event Execution:

Oversee on-the-day operations to ensure the event runs smoothly.
Manage setup, registrations, and coordination of activities.
Provide real-time troubleshooting and ensure a seamless experience for attendees.
Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in planning and running events, preferably in workshops or business settings.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Creative problem-solver with an eye for detail.
Available to work in-person during the event dates in February.
