Client DetailsOur client is a global financial services group with offices across APAC and the United States.
With an exceptional reputation for alternative asset management, they are forward-thinking distributors in the market.
They are offering a rare opportunity to join them as an Event Manager, where you will be responsible for full delivery of their events from conception to completion.
This will be a busy and exciting role where you will take the reins across long-standing sponsorship and partnership events and explore new opportunities for further collaboration.
Description• Concept, delivery, and management across a range of client-facing events both small and intimate through to large scale 600 pax +• Collaborate with the marketing team as well as key business stakeholders to define event objectives and strategies.• Lead end-to-end event management, including budget planning, venue selection, vendor management, and attendee registration.• Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.• Develop and manage event communications including invitations, reminders, and post-event follow-ups.• Manage on-the-day event operations, ensuring smooth logistics, setup, registration, and client experience.• Track and report on event performance metrics, including attendee engagement, ROI, and feedback.• Ensure all events comply with brand guidelines and are executed at the highest standard.
Profile• You will hold yourself to the highest professional standard in your presentation, execution, and delivery.• Have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.• Have intimate knowledge of HubSpot and Cvent.• Excellent project management with a high level of attention to detail.• Experience in an event management role with professional services or banking and finance preferred.• You will have a flair for creativity along with a solid understanding of CRM and digital marketing tools.• Strength in managing multiple events, exceptional time management, and problem-solving skills.
