We are seeking experienced Events Managers to join the team to plan our events and ensure an exceptional customer experience during the event planning process. Crown Perth has the ability to hold events for up to 2,000 in our ballrooms and has many other event spaces across the property to suit everyone's needs and wants.
In this role, you'll provide unforgettable experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
Management, planning, and organisation of events, exhibitions, and conferences held within CrownMaintaining and strengthening ongoing client relationshipsDelivering outstanding service to clients through clear communication and service deliveryWorking within our guidelines while continuing to improve processesCollaborating closely with team members and providing supportPreparation of Banquet Event Orders and distributionTransfer of all event details to the operating teamAbout youYou'll bring the following:
