As they enter a crucial growth period, they are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to join the management team and play a pivotal role in future success.Role Overview:As the Operations Manager, you will work closely with the business directors to manage and support event planning operations. You will be responsible for maximizing efficiencies and profitability within the operations division, overseeing all back-of-house functions, and ensuring optimal use of assets and staff.
