Event Force are seeking event customer service staff interested in working casually in Townsville, starting on Saturday 30th November 2024.
About the Role: Event Force (owned by ACESGroup) are seeking motivated casual event customer service staff to work at a major concert event in Townsville on Saturday 30th November.
Shifts commencing around 4:30pm (applicants must be available for this event).
We are looking for fun, outgoing, professional team members who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service to fans at events.
You will work closely with your team members to sell tickets, assist and guide patrons and resolve ticketing queries.
