Event Coordinator- National Convention Centre Hotel Brand: Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts
Location: Australia, Australian Capital Territory, Canberra
We're seeking an exceptional Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal player in the industry, you'll be responsible for planning and coordinating events that leave lasting impressions. Join us as we craft extraordinary experiences and redefine event excellence.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Provide administrative support to the Head of Event Planning and Event Managers Conduct research and generate reports Maximize revenue Cultivate a supportive work culture aligned with our five Winning Ways: Do the right thing, Show we care, Aim higher, Celebrate Difference, and Work better together.
What We need from you: Proficiency in KPO's Familiarity with P&L (Profit and Loss) and Budget management Ability to interpret and utilize client survey scores effectively Demonstrated commitment to maintaining 100% accuracy in databases Experience with Delphi/Opera software is advantageous Strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration Exceptional customer relations abilities Proven problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication and active listening skills Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Tourism or related field One year's experience in a customer service or similar role
