We're seeking an exceptional Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal player in the industry, you'll be responsible for planning and coordinating events that leave lasting impressions. Join us as we craft extraordinary experiences and redefine event excellence.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Provide administrative support to the Head of Event Planning and Event ManagersConduct research and generate reportsMaximize revenueCultivate a supportive work culture aligned with our five Winning Ways: Do the right thing, Show we care, Aim higher, Celebrate Difference, and Work better together.

What We need from you:Proficiency in KPO'sFamiliarity with P&L (Profit and Loss) and Budget managementAbility to interpret and utilize client survey scores effectivelyDemonstrated commitment to maintaining 100% accuracy in databasesExperience with Delphi/Opera software is advantageousStrong emphasis on teamwork and collaborationExceptional customer relations abilitiesProven problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent communication and active listening skillsProficiency in Microsoft 365 and SharePointQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Tourism or related fieldOne year's experience in a customer service or similar role
