We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Events Coordinator to join our client's team for a 9-month contract.
This full-time position will offer you the opportunity to manage both digital and in-person events, contributing to flagship events, and working remotely with a supportive and dynamic team.

Organising and managing digital and in-person events from start to finish Assisting with the flagship annual event Setting clear objectives and targets for events, and developing plans to achieve them Promoting events and liaising with Members Gathering feedback and data after events to ensure continuous improvement Managing event budgets and ensuring spending aligns with financial plans Problem-solving and hosting events to ensure seamless execution What do you need?
Formal qualification in Events Management or a related field Demonstrated experience in end-to-end event management Proficiency with databases and online platforms Strong organisational and interpersonal skills Highly developed communication, organisational, and administrative skills Self-motivated with a high level of initiative, attention to detail, and sound judgement Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively and on time Ability to follow processes and procedures If you think this could be the role for you, then please apply now!
