Job Title: Event Co-ordinator

We're looking for a dedicated Event Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team and help bring our events to life!
Key Responsibilities: As an Event Co-ordinator, you will:
Embody and demonstrate Airborn values at work: Passion, Progression, and Precaution.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth event execution.
Delegate tasks effectively to team members for optimal performance.
Foster a positive team environment with open communication and collaboration.
Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.
Assist the management team with training and development initiatives.
Manage the opening and closing procedures of the venue.
Actively listen to feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise.
Serve as the Party Lead / Coordinator, ensuring all details are meticulously planned.
Perform regular maintenance checks during shifts to maintain venue standards.
Log incident reports accurately and promptly.
Complete daily checklists to ensure all operational tasks are performed.
Report directly to Managers, providing updates and insights.
Take charge in the absence of a Manager, ensuring continuity of operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in event co-ordinator or a similar role.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
